Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Indah Logistik Internasional (ILI) Cab. Semarang
ABSTRACT
This study aims to explain whether the variable Influence of Work Discipline,
Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance and to find out which
variable has the dominant influence among the three variables. Influence of Work
Discipline, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance PT. Indah
Logistik Internasional (ILI) Cab. Semarang
The sample uses the Porpose Sampling method by giving random
questionnaires to employees as many as 49 respondents to all employees. The data
collection method used is to provide questionnaires to employees in accordance with
the research conducted. The data were analyzed using the Qualitative Method and
the Quantitative Method using five formulas, namely Multiple Regression Analysis,
Correlation Analysis, T-test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) with
the help of SPSS 23.0 software.
The results showed that individually the influence of work discipline,
motivation was significant on employee performance at PT. Indah Logistik
Internasional (ILI) Cab. Semarang while the work environment variable has no
significant effect. The Effect of Work Discipline, Motivation, and Training The
regression coefficient is positive (+) indicating a unidirectional relationship, in
other words, Work Discipline, Motivation will improve employee performance at PT.
